Horse & Industry offers digital products and services, which may include downloadable reports, subscriptions, memberships, or other digital content.

Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.


Digital Reports & Downloadable Products

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase:

  • Refunds are not issued for downloadable reports, digital publications, or other digital products once access has been granted.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly.


Subscriptions & Memberships

If Horse & Industry offers subscription-based access:

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.

  • Refunds are not issued for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

Access remains available until the end of the paid billing cycle.


Accidental Purchases

If you believe you have made an accidental purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at:

We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.


Event Registrations

If Horse & Industry hosts paid events:

  • Refund terms for events will be specified at the time of purchase.

  • Unless otherwise stated, event registration fees may be non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have questions about a charge, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your financial institution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to digital products or services.


Compliance with Canadian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
